A very busy weeks leaves us with an abbreviated preview for tonight's game, so let's not waste any time. The Hornets come into tonight's game with a 3-5 record, blowing sizeable leads in their previous two games. It's always tough to win games on the west coast, but that's no excuse for why the Hornets have played so poorly in the second half. If they could of held on to those leads, the mood in Hornets nation would be significantly different than from what it is now.
Player wise, Charlotte is quite beat up. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist is listed as out, and Williams, Stephenson, and Neal could all miss tonight's game. P.J. Hairston will start tonight in place of MKG (via Charlotte Observer). So the only guaranteed regular starters for the Hornets tonight are Al Jefferson and Kemba Walker. Maybe those two will carry the Hornets to their first road win of the season.
I don't see the Hornets leaving Phoenix with a win. It could be a tough weekend as they'll leave Arizona and head to Oakland for a date with the Warriors.

Enjoy your weekend folks.
